Пароли Мангана очень мне нравятся. "Отменить" использую после каждой негативной мыслеформы. Я все ещё не знаю, как сделать так, чтобы они вообще не появлялись, но хотя бы теперь умею их обезвреживать. "Изменить" тоже часто, работает в течение 3-5 секунд.
Сытин подбирал самые эффективные слова на машине, отмечающей мозговые импульсы. Интересно, слова-пароли тоже вызывают какую-то мозговую реакцию или работают чисто на самовнушении? Судя по всему, второе, и "процесс запуска подсознательных машин" - просто набор уверенности в работе метода. Хз, биоактивность самой не проверить. Тем более, я не разбираюсь. Работает и хорошо, не трогай.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
