Дочитываю Ридли "Рациональный оптимист". Постепенно меняется восприятие окружающей обстановки.
Например, раньше я довольно враждебно воспринимал обычных украинцев. Когда жил в РФ, то всё время считал, что наша страна - лучшая в мире и чувствовал гордость за то, что принадлежу к великой нации. А здесь видимо пропаганда не справляется и я чувствовал какое-то ощущение отвращения к этим людям, потому что они бедные, ленивые, не занимаются своей жизнью итп.
А сейчас чувствуется, что они - то общество, которое построило дом, в котором я живу, организовывает мне еду, услуги итд. Более того, живут они куда лучше, чем жили лет 150 назад. Это осознание переключает в режим интересующегося наблюдателя

I like a lot that there are no comments on !F. Here I have an impression that I am writing just for myself. I have less concern that my message will be evaluated.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
