На этой неделе как-то косяков по питанию. Отследила, что это началось с того момента как начала есть протеиновые батончики каждый день. Соответсвенно снижаю калорийность нормальной сытной еды, соответсвенно не наедаюсь и потом зажор.
Убираю на хрен эти батончики, 2 раза в неделю оставляю, как и начинала. Увеличиваю каллораж до 1600-1700

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
