я часто строю из себя какого-то упорного воина в выражении лица, в моем представлении это должно произвести впчт на меня и других людей, что я упорно решаю сложные проблемы, продираюсь через джунгли с шашкой, сражаюсь с монстрами.
на деле получается какой-то недовольный и напряженный парень, который зачем-то напрягается когда передвигается от почистки картошки у раковины к духовке, или шагает в магазин.
попробовал улыбнуться себе в зеркало вместо того чтобы строить из себя воина, мб попробую выстроить из этого привычку.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
