Сегодня получается целый марафон по теме Доверие.
Выписываю ситуации, проявления, делаю разборы.
Грызу эту тему как бетонную (зуб даю, матан легче давался :)
Нашёл вопящую уверенность, что обосновывать доверие - это цинично. И если мне такому предлагают учиться, значит человек сам не собирается доверять и от него нужно ждать наебалова
И вторую уверенность: если я доверяю, то беззаветно, без всяких там но.
Обе дико сопротивляются анализу на логичность и попыткам доказать на примерах их правдивость.
Ярко ассоциирую себя с невылизанной крысой, которая шугается ото всего, никому не доверяет и трясётся.
Нравится, что на этой неделе я круто впрягся в разборы и практики, и проворачиваю психику.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
