Нашла классный отель в Стамбуле на 1 ночь- так удачно подаренная мне суточная стыковка от Туркиш эрлайнс. Лишь бы больше ничего не изменилось. Отель в самом центре,высокий этаж,вид на Босфор.
Сейчас съезжу в У.и буду тщательно готовиться к октябрьской поездке. Нужно заработать побольше денег и продумать все маршруты,трансферы и стыковки.
Объелась вечером.
Утром на треню. Потом распечатать доки на поезд,памятку кормёжки мохножопы,и ещё приготовить музыку для интервалки в сбб.
Как хорошо в чистой постельке! Выпила ZMA и 5htp вместе,чтобы точно уснуть.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
