Организм говорит: «все, осень, работаем!» и поднимает меня в 8 часов уже второй день. И, кажется, снова начался период, когда утро начинается с таблетки от головы. Надо что ли возле кровати заготавливать, чтоб далеко не ходить 😅. Так год-два и таблетницу можно будет покупать.
Погода на ближайшие 3 дня ужасная, очень жарко, жду конца следующей недели. Ещё зиму в ноябре обещают, ну надоело, любимую осень ущемляют. А вообще я спать хочу и таблетку от головы)
Нужно убрать квартиру, привести себя в порядок и встретиться с Ж. Возможно зайду к ней в гости 🤷🏼♀️

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
