Сходила в зал, немного потренила, покачала и потянула лапы и спину, побегала.

вчера смотрела фильм "навстречу шторму". Сюжет как обычно, ничего интересного - семьи, вера. А торнадо там офигенские разные, мощные, показывали, как начинают закручиваться, двигаются, все сметают, а потом неожиданно рассасываются. Показали огненный торнадо, думала, что это выдумка. Сегодня искала в инете и нашла, что огненные действительно бывают, реже, чем обычные, но бывают. прочитала, что такое глаз торнадо. Интересно было думать, как можно было поступить в такой сит, захотела перечитать конспекты с курсов первой помощи.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
