нравится такая формулировка, я ее и раньше применяла для ослабления нэ, связанных с конфликтами, непониманием. Сегодня впендюривала, что у меня с родителями "не сложилось" (в последнее время сильные нэ стали к ним возникать). От этого как будто отвалися тяжелый фон трагизма, который я обычно культивирую в отношении рд. Стало легко и приятно жить. Ну не сложилось и не сложилось, с кем не бывает. И еще такая формулировка освобождает от необходимости искать виноватого. Это тоже клево!!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
