Вот есть один негативный пример в "селекции", что, мол, почти никогда перед тем как ответить на вопрос, человек не скажет "мне надо подумать", а сразу завалит тебя мнением, сформированным на догмах. Опять пример, где людей людей как будто делят, и большинство относят к тем, у которых — никакой осознанности, совсем.
Мне за последние полгода встретилось как минимум пять людей, осознанности и здравому смыслу которых я очень удивлялась, но которые никогда не слышали о "селекции".
Но хуй его знает, если второй раз подумать, может у большинства людей действительно мало осознанности. Но то, как это сформулировано в книге — кажется, что какое-то обобщение/разделение с негативной окраской.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
