приятное сегодня:
- катался на велике
- читал англ.книгу
неприятное:
- обожрался и слил время в никуда
- планы по саморазвитию опять похерились.

Днём необычное переживание сж и разных сф. Секс воспринимался как абсолютно обычная, естественная деятельность, так же, как сыграть в шахматы или вместе сходить погулять в парке. И понимание, что так было бы у всех, если бы нам не засрали мозги ханжеством и ннв к сексу.

почему я не считаю вот это за развитие себя? разве развитие - это обязательно только прокачка мозгов: науки, языки, профнавыки?
может, именно работа с вв сейчас - самое актуальное для меня. Или просто умение приятно жить, без заёбов.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
