Все в общем. Эта модель бизнеса тоже не работает. Это была моя седьмая попытка построить этот бизнес. Нужно заканчивать сейчас текущие задачи, думать, что делать дальше и начинать опять все по-новой с нуля.
Мне не хватает специфических предпринимательских навыков, которым не научится по книжкам. Я знаю, как стать хорошим дизайнером, проектировщиком или даже директором. Знаю, как этому научится. Но как стать бизнесменом? Нужно искать учителя и учится у кого-то опытного. Мне нужно научиться:
1) Планировать и выстраивать бизнес-процессы
2) Подбирать и обучать команду исполнителей
3) Управлять людьми
4) Строить комфортные, взаимовыгодные отношения с клиентами.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
