Я понял, что я сделал не так и что мне нужно изменить в моем подходе к построению бизнеса.
Я сделал ставку на людей, на их обучение, скилы и желание работать. Это поставило бизнес в зависимость от их настроения, мотивации и профессионализма. Мой подход - подход специалиста, а не бизнесмена.
А ставку нужно делать не на людей, а на разработку системы. Нужно придумать такую систему, чтобы можно было брать среднестатистического работника, показать ему, что ему нужно делать и как, объяснить что я буду от него требовать и как это буду проверять.
Сложность в том, что дизайн - не пирожки, каждый проект и клиент разные, система может оказаться сложной, но это кажется единственный выход

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
