Сегодня думаю над новой структурой студии. Я решил исходить не из людей и их возможностей, а из целей и задач, которые стоят перед бизнесом.
Цель - получить удовлетворенного клиента, для этого должно быть то-то и то-то сделано, на таком-то уровне и с таким-то качеством. Это намного удобнее, потому что появляется ясность какой именно человек мне нужен в этом месте для выполнения функции. Это функциональная структура
А Р предложила клевую штуку - сделать еще и финансовую структуру. Она даст финанмовые показатели и ясность какие люди справляются, а какие нет. Можно ввести систему штрафов и поощрений работникам.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
