В целом, всё не очень, но есть маленькая победа для большого человека - я, впервые в своей гребаной жизни, уже как неделю не грызу ногти.
Да, я знаю, фу таким быть, но вот такой вот - грыз.
А сейчас нет.
Немного не комфортно, т.к. они отросли (на самом деле совсем чуть-чуть, но для меня это прям супер много), но терплю.
Отрастут по нормальному, пойду на маникюр уходовый.
Горе тому мастеру, которому достанутся эти сардельки.
Годы издевательств над пальцами, ногтями, кутикулами и прочим.
Работы будет много.
Но я рад и доволен.
Оч тяжело бороть это дермо, но держусь.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
