В качестве предтреника пила в зале апельсиновый сок,разбавленный водой. Зашло на ура. Потренила офигенно. Попа просто разрывалась. Я молодец.

Обед. На пилинг в 18.
Когда разглядываю окна- всегда прдствл людей,живущих там. Окна могут многое рассказать.Какие рамы,стекла,шторы,подоконники,потолки,люстры,кусочек обстановки.Часто становится не по себе от того как много и тесно живут по площади,да ещё забивают эти норы хламом и мусором.Страшно во что себя превращают.
Я всегда любила простор и высокие потолки.Мечтаю о светлом доме с большими окнами.
Ржала как Варя мусолила мочалку-пахнет дегтярным мылом из бани.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
