С М.отработала.Фарматекс глушит ощущения,что несомненно хорошо для меня,учитывая страстность М. Закончили наружу.Больше никаких рисков.
На замене групп нет записи.Забрала пакеты с Бадами для дев.Приехал из командировки наш бывший тренер,ушел в органы работать. Заявился в гости,так рада его видеть. Сказал придет на корпоратив.
Совсем забыла,что дедуля постоянник заказал нам сауну вечером в 22 на 2 часа.
И поэтому сварила гречу. Нужно поесть немного. Пожарю яйцо с чесноком+огурец.
Ходила в ТЦ,купила отцу носки,Варе шарики для пинг-понга гонять,себе водолазку в Zarina-там всегда потрясающие водолазки.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
