Вчера всё-таки кончил ещё два раза.
Посмотрел большое на 3 часа интервью Ходорковского Гордону. Мне кажется в Х. много смелости, решительности, упорства, того, что можно назвать мужественностью. Раньше сомневался, а теперь думаю, что нет в нем каких-то резко неприятных качеств.
Болит плечо на 4-5. Не буду ходить в зал пока не заживёт. Тренер похоже не так хорош, как я думал. Надо было начинать ещё плавнее.
О Л. почти не думаю.
На корпоратив сегодня хотел просто не прийти без объяснений. Но появилась формальная причина, будет вкс.
Заснул без таблеток где-то полпервого. Спал до 9 почти.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
