Сегодня объявил в местной русскоязычной группе, что буду с шахматной доской в определенном месте в определенное время каждый день. Отклик оказался активнее, чем я думал, и теперь мне каждый день будет, с кем играть в шахматы. Очные игры с шахматными часами мне нравятся пока больше онлайновых.
Сегодня был посильнее игрок, который не стеснялся принимать мой ферзевый гамбит - и разносил меня после этого. Понял, что очень плохо знаю варианты развития этого гамбита, посмотрел одно видео и завтра буду более подготовленным.
У М наметился небольшой прогресс в течение болезни, кажется. А я так и продолжаю чувствовать себя на грани болезни каждый день.
Сегодня продуктивнее поработал.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
