Если пить больше воды, ну хотя бы положенных 2 литра можно меньше есть особенно всякой гадости. А лучше прямо перед едой хряпуть стаканчик и все , лишнего ты точно не наешь. Я все таки выписала все те дела что в режим не входят но делаю я их потому как иначе нельзя. И получается довольно таки внушительный список. Значит ли это что я не такая уж лентяка, не знаю. Скоро приедет Л жду не дождусь секс каждый день и ночи наполненные моей чувственностью. Загорелась идея на 14 сделать ему подарок - стриптиз. Обычный был уже, даже снят на видео, теперь хочу танец на коленях. Немного подучить и купить красивое бельё. Ха ха опять получается и мне подарок)))

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
