На ночь 5 таблеток валерианки и 5htp. Спала хорошо. Хоть и уснула поздно,после 2х серий Тюдоров.
Нужно купить свеклу для щетки.
С ночи разморозила кусок сёмги,буду жарить.Голова в морозилке никуда не помещается. На выходных сварю уху. И морозилку разморозить обязательно,наросло снега много.
Жена брата занимается продукцией ГринВэй. Увидела в инсте как она протирает зеркала тряпочкой от них- быстро и чисто.Я ннв мыть окна и зеркала.Пошла у нас в отделение, купила эту тряпочку. Сегодня проверю.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
