Кто-нибудь знает каналы в телеге, в которых можно скачать книги? Или может другие бесплатные источники? С современной литературой.
Нашла классное приложение с упражнениями на мышление. Насколько я знаю, подобные игрушки также помогают в развитии силы воли. Как раз начинаю следующую книгу на эту тему.
Совсем предсказуемо, что по внимательности набрала меньше всего, 74. Но вот память удивила 94. Логика 84, скорость 78. Конечно понимаю, что это так себешная оценка. Слишком уж близко к 100%, а это только начало развития. Ну и за логику обидно на фоне памяти. Возможно следующая оценка будет ближе к правде.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
