Карантин закончен, но до воскресенья ходим в масках. У детей начался учебный год. Работала с Р. начала новую программу тренировочную. После зала Р. должен был меня довезти до моей машины, но случайно захлопнул ключи в багажнике, в котором лежали все мои вещи, только телефон был в руках. Пришлось ждать, пока ему привезут ключи. Думала муж выскажет мне, все что думает по этому поводу, но он отреагировал спокойно. Нов новая программа тренировок. Еда мало сегодня, сейчас не могу уснуть, есть охота, но держусь.
В другом городе утонула рск двч с парнем. Оба спортсмены, ее многие знали по теме фитнеса у нас. Родственников здесь нет, собирают $ на кремацию и перевозку. Жутко...

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
