Я сильно устала. Очень сильно, просто хочется чай и посидеть в тишине и тепле
Тренировка была как и ожидалось - невероятно сложная. В одной половине зала старшие, которые завтра вступают и в течении 3 часов громко играла музыка без конца. Я подключила к колонке по блютузу телефон и через Часы переключала им музыку на другой части зала, проводя хореографию средним детям. Перекрикивать музыку, следить за ней и работать с детьми так долго очень сложно. Горло болит
Потом была тренировка у 3-5 лет и тоже музыка, но там они уже сами включали через мой телефон, но этот шум, дети, весь зал на мне - выжали меня. 4,5 часа тренировки, а теперь ещё поработать надо, завтра встреча с заказчиком

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
