Сейчас истерикой накроет. День был сложный, карточку метро заблокировали. На рынке 2 часа вместо 0.5 и онемевшие от холода руки. Завтра весь день из-за того, что не успела сегодня вовремя на работу. Вечером еще одно эмоциональное испытание с гостями, а еще перед этим мне нужно будет сделать блиц-уборку. Как бы за гостей все равно, но просто не вовремя они мне.
Главное не сосредоточить внимание на этом а продержаться в дзене, чтобы не поскандалить с отцом и не разрыдаться в метро.
Я взрослый человек, я держу свои эмоции под контролем.
Ах кстати, у меня ведь и зарплатная карта с какого-то хрена не работает.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
