Не получилось ни выпить, ни пообщаться.
Странное дело общение... Человек говорит: "давай закажем суши". Еще предлагает: "давай сходим в кино". Я отвечаю: "пошли в суши-бар". Мне дают бутылку самодельного вина и предлагают пить ее дома, хотя потребность человека (не моя потребность!) ни в суши, ни в кино не удовлетворена.
Хочется рассказть о происходящем окружающим, но понимание, что общение приводит к большему непониманию сильно тормозит мое желание. Думаю, что есть существенные отличия между истинным желанием и простыми хотелками. Научиться различать эти види потребностей весьма важно.
Завтра будет день, будет ВСЕ. Сегодня ВСЕ уже подходит к концу.
Скоро буду делать сброс ДНЯ.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
