В пятницу после работы пошли с Р. попить вина. Сели в баре, оказалось что напротив секс шопа. Понаблюдали кто водит-выходит. Поржали. После этого встречалась с русскими двч, классно посидели-поболтали. Они потом дальше тусить, звали с собой, но у меня по пятницам на долгие тусовки сил вообще нет.
Вчера утром потренила попу, ох сегодня чувствую все. Сегодня долгая пробежка, 19 км. Побегу вечером, как жара спадет немного.
Неожиданно вторник образовался свободным днем. Рабочие дня пока четверг-пяница. Пару дней уже думаю что делать с этим. Крепко сидит идея отучится на персонального тренера. Здесь они хорошие $$ зарабатывают и совмещать с основной работой. Но учеба недешевая и довольно долгая.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
