Машка и Алиса немного приболели, поэтому занималась только с Аней. нуу если сравнивать с её обычными тренировками - сегодня был марафон, а так, конечно, средненько, но я довольна. нужно же с чего-то начинать.
после треши прошлась по району, слушала музыку и ушла куда-то в себя. впервые за очень долгое время бродила сама при комфортной температуре вечером с музыкой. сильно загрустила, отстранилась от всего, это полезно. из-за этого не села работать вечером, отвлекла себя сериалом, но, наверное, нужно было поступить по-другому.
нужно купить парик на светло-русые волосы, чтоб маску в инсту сделать нормально, но меня пугает перспектива лепить что-то неизвестного происхождения себе на голову

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
