Пятницу отработала лайтово. Не было сил поощрять свой перфекционизм, да и меня никто за это не поощрит.
Первый из 5 выходных прошел сравнительно продуктивно. Два полноценных приема пищи и снеки между ними, немного позанималась языками.
Хотела помыть балкон, но Вселенная решила помочь ливнем. Конечно, уборку это не отменяет, но я отлично провела время с играми, инстой и Ютубом.
Всегда хотела вести дневник, но на бумаге - лень. Публичный - неправильно поймут, и на работу может повлиять. Здесь же отлично 😊
Когда переносишь информацию куда-либо, в голове становится как будто просторнее и чище. И никто не комментирует, обесценивая твои чувства.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
