Если психика становится населена большим количеством желаний, то она оживает. Очень важно понимать, что переживание желаний — это энергодающий процесс. Энергоотнимающий процесс — это страдания по поводу нереализации и прочего, а переживание рафов, как и переживание нежности, эротического влечения, чувства красоты и прочих ОзВ – это всё процессы энергодающие, от них усиливается и энергичность, и насыщенность, которые являются исключительно важной почвой для пробуждения совершенно новых восприятий, которые я затем смогу интегрировать в свою психику.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
