сегодня много всего сделала и была на треше. отлично потренила с Машей и вроде как +- достучалась до Ани, Алисы не было. 3 недели не сильно повлияли на их физуху, терпимо, радует. но вот мама Маши сказала, что больши сил было вчера договориться с ребенком пойти на трешу. снова. я не знаю что делать, на треше она работает хорошо
сделала себе из нарезок 8 видео: для хорео, офп, офп с мячом, офп на спину с булавами, булавы и базу обруча. теперь буду учить 11 минут хорео, что за чем.
шла домой довольная, прохладно, музыка хорошая, а вот дома как-то загрустила. была довольно жесткая с Аней (не ругала, не обзывала), но мне все равно не нравится. зато завтра будет Алиса. рада вернуться в зал

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
