прошёл сегодня 15к шагов, ноги гудят. Было оч приятно валяться голым на кровати после "трудового дня".
потом довольно легко выпнулся работать, и не было сопротивления или чувства, что я заставляю себя делать что-то неприятное. Наоборот, было ощ, что я развиваюсь как личность и симпатия к себе - именно оттого, что спокойно работаю, без инфантильного нытья и желания увильнуть от обязанностей.
Это будет клёвый результат, если такое отношение закрепится. Если буду нормально работать, то появятся и деньги, и самоуважение, и перспективы.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
