Пришла к выводу, что я свой каждый день планирую. При этом я не особо люблю жить по плану, но все происходит на автомате.
Перед сном лежу и думаю, куда я пойду завтра, что буду делать, что буду кушать и тд. НЕ всегда могу назвать планирование хорошей вещью, тк оно как-то вгоняет в рамки. Больше люблю спонтанность, но с ней меньше дел делаешь обычно. Да и с планированием жить попроще, разве что тревога часто бывает по поводу того, что что-то не успеваешь сделать, не получается сделать и тп
Вчера под вечер такая приятная пасмурность была и серость, я за солнечное и жаркое лето соскучилась по такой безысходной погоде. Больше начинаешь думать о жизни, все на автомате.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
