Сходила на занятие по народному пению снова. Не было клевой ведущей О., но все равно радостно. Внезапно там встретила Г., она ушла из коммуны и это меня оч обрадовало. Мб будем даже сейчас общаться. Все уютно и петь прекрасно. Нравится что я чувствую как надо петь, могу вести и не лажать, когда несколько голосов и вообще клево ощущать силу голоса.
Единственное по прежнему мой косяк - когда надо выступить с чем то одной перед группой - спеть , сразу теряюсь и тупняк, а внутри вообще ураганище. Хоть цель ставить - ходить и петь здесь пока этот мандраж не пройдет. Это у меня давно уже - страх выступления. Помню еще в крыму с гитарой этот манндраж. Да, преодолевается, но со скрипом.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
