3 часа работы,1 из которых М-замучил меня сег.Тоже толстеет, тоже становится хуже.И стёрла всё что можно.Лавочку закрыла,отдыхаю.
Поужинала котлета индеечная,греча,помидорный салат с маслом.
Сейчас пойду в душ тестировать новую серию для волос Lebel.
Потом вышивать.
В.решил устроить мою сестру в декабре в миниотель,хозяин его друг миллионер.Там дешевле,хорошее кафе,чистые номера.Аааа, забота!😍
Завтра идём тренить.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
