Л. устроила бунт, что почему она должна съезжать. Типа если я пойду рассказывать про ее алко тусу, то должна рассказать и про то как мы пили в общаге вино весной, и про то как у меня тайно жили здесь две подруги. Ну да, справедливо.
Вчера посмотрела видео про ненасильственное общение и это лучшее, что я узнавала в последнее время.
Я объяснила причины, почему хотела чтобы она съехала.
- "Я не чувствовала себя безопасно."
Иии мы очень спокойно и хорошо все обсудили. Она остается, я переезжаю в другую уютную комнату в блоке.
А ещё мне хочется плакать от радости, потому что бывает иначе. Когда можно найти путь для спокойного разговора без необходимости защиты, без агрессии.
Я учусь.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
