Приборка.
Повесила новую шторку в ванной. Бело фиолетово розово сиреневую. В тон коврикам. Новый интерьер готов. Чуть поярче чем с черным.
Сняла линзы,вышивала. Ужинала в 5. Доела салат+ черенок сельдерея+ кусок сыра. Вкусно, полезно,но кажется что порция большая. Ладно,до ночи переварится.
Крепатура в ногах. Вчера делала румынку в смите и становую сумо попой. Новое. Видимо квадры все таки ассистировали,блин. Хотя разок полезно дать нагрузку и бёдрам. Отеков боюсь,но вроде ничего. Зимой всегда чуть заплывает. У всех. Даже у сперсухого В тоже есть водичка. Дак ведь треним,не лежим на печи.
Час работы. Хоть что то.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
