Повесила в ванной стикер "пещерный человек" :) чтобы напоминать о моем уровне гигиены рта.
Снова забила и долго бодрствовала, когда проснулась ночью. В итоге утром проснулась в 10, а хотелось раньше, чтобы начать работать. Начну фиксировать. Фиксация будет напоминать, что это не мелочь, а хуевая, влияющая на весь мой день привычка.
От увлажнителя воздуха кожа на морде стала меньше сохнуть. Сейчас даже на улице низкая влажность.
Хочу попросить хозяина сделать дырку в потолке, чтобы вставить крюк и повесить петли trx. Раньше я даже не допускала такую идею, а щас думаю, почему нет-отчаяние преодолело страх.
У зубника попросила включить свою аудиокнигу, а не их радио. Прикольно получилось.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
