Вес скакнул вверх ещё на 0,5 кг. В общей сложности 1,2 кг за 3 дня в плюс. Отёк от жары? Мсчн на 10 дней раньше? В зале начало мазать, но хз.
Потренила верх до работы, вечером у ребёнка в школе Xmas concert.
Виден свет в конце тоннеля по первой ступени сертификата перс трен. Пошли уже более практические бриты - сейчас пишу программы. Интересно, хоть я все это и знаю, но все равно нравится.
Цель закончить 2 ступень к началу марта, уволиться с работы и начать работу перс тренером

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
