Сегодня был английский и аэробика, ходила в магаз. пора признаться себе, что хожу я туда только из-за сиг. Ники уехал, и я опять закурила. Блин, вернется и надо переходить на никотиновый баллончик опять, не хочу его обманывать. Надо почитать кара, может поможет?...
Сегодня пятничка, буду пытаться приготовить себе батончик мюсли. Скорее всего, получится очередная несъедобная хрень, но я не сдамся, пока не получится.
Еще вышел новый выпуск моих любимых Эксов с Чендом!
намотала уже 9000 шагов, надеюсь на легкое засыпание.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
