Вышел на меня в ЛинкедИн мой коллега с прошлой работы. Расспрашивал о компании, где я потом работала, он туда собеседуется. Оох, рассказал, что там сейчас творится... Вовремя я ноги унесла... Начальником сделали девочку, которую я когда-то нанимала. И она была самой глупенькой в отделе...Ммда, скоро там начальником будет лист шпината или качан капусты. Я не удивлюсь. Из-за постоянных унижений и прессинга все адекватные, с кем я работала, сбежали и не оборачивались... дирику скоро книгу будет впору писать... "Как развалить собственный бизнес, унижая сотрудников". Когда до этих тупиц уже дойдет, что главный капитал любой компании - это люди? и что незаменимые есть?
Запасаюсь колой и попкорном)

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
