Сегодня идём тусить с двчк. Из меня правда такой тусовщик: не ем, не пью ничего, кроме минералки, но просто наслаждаюсь атмосферой. Еда никуда не денется и через 13 недель будет на том же месте.
Утром занимаюсь сертификатом, 2,5 юнита осталось, потом в зал, ну а потом собираться.
Муж уехал с друзьями в 5 утра на велосипедах кататься. Купил себе новый вел, по стоимости машины 🙈 хочет в этом году в нескольких гонках принять участие. Поддерживаю, конечно, он же меня поддерживает с моим фитнесом.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
