Больше часа переписка с мамой.Объясняла ей.Пьет препараты от давления.Врачи(от слова врать)-мол не знаем почему давление,возрастное-назначили 2 блокатора и чеши отседа. А то что эти блокаторы угнетают и ломают сердце,сосуды- им похер.Это все равно что наступить на шланг и сунуть палку в насос- да,давление снизится- засчет ослабления потока,а что дальше будет- им снова пох.1из препаратов ещё сильно токсичен для печени.Причину давления нужно искать самой- кишечник,желчь,гормоны,питание.Накидали план действий- будет выполнять.Уф,даже легче стало.Думаю маму спасём.Не зря же я тут учусь этому всему.
Сходила за заказом,буду собираться в баню.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
