До меня начинает понемногу доходить, на сколько это важно - относиться к себе как к любимой девочке. Кому и зачем нужны какие-то изменения в жизни, психике если они происходят из правильных действий? Не может быть приятным человек, которому самому с собой неприятно, который ненавидит себя за каждый кривой шаг, мысль, желание. Нахуй саморазвитие, большие правильные цели, правильные желания туда же. Хочу быть для себя маленькой любимой девочкой, потакать своим желаниям, хвалить себя за все что можно и нельзя и просто смотреть чего захочется. Буду делать только то, что действительно необходимо для выживания, а остальное если захочется.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
