Обычно стараюсь придерживаться принципу: не зачаровывайся, чтобы не разочаровываться.
Но понимаю, в данной ситуации, если решить так жить, то скачусь в уныние. Поэтому просто всем серцем надеюсь на лучший исход. Господи, ходьбы всё осталось как прежде. Прежде в плане психологического здоровья. Даже не так страшна инвалидность и строгие диеты, как увидеть её.. Но уже не ту "её", к которой я так привыкла

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
