Начала считать калории в Myfitnesspal. Не ставлю себе ограничений по калориям, а просто веду подсчёт, чтобы понимать сколько съедаю и уже одно это влияет. Я как-то недооцениваю сколько калорий поглощаю, а потом жалуюсь что не худею.
Есть предпочтение, нестрогое, укладываться в 60-80г углеводов в день. Хочу провести эксперимент и посмотреть, буду ли худеть от снижения количества углеводов.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
