Хорошо потренила сегодня. По питанию тоже в режиме. Муж приехал из командировки, обновили мне телефон, настраиваю сейчас.
Хочу поменять тренера, и федерацию. Решилась на ifbb, нашла тренера который готовит девчонок, поговорили с ним. Выйду 23-го, потом плавно выйду из сушки и буду переходить к нему, нравится его подход. В мае думаю начнём.
Забрала сегодня свой паспорт. Ребёнкин подвис, тк суки в Москве не отправили ещё документы. Завтра дам задание бм - пусть звонит им трясёт их, паспорт срочно нужен, билеты надо покупать

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
