На выходных были с компанией в Калининграде. Было так классно.
Испытала какое-то абсолютное счастье, когда увидела море и бегала по берегу. Мне кажется я давно себя так не чувствовала, как в тот день. Волшебно.
Даже захотелось вернуться туда одной и пожить - удаленно поработать недельку.
Сегодня уже вышла на работу.
Хороший день. Только какая-то припухшая несколько дней. Моей ответственности не хватает, чтобы полностью контролировать свое здоровье.
Зато после работы сделала сегодня большую уборку. Сейчас доделаю маленькую рабочую задачку и может даже сделаю лёгкие упражнения перед сном.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
