С утра села за работу, уже три часа как работаю.щас на перерыв выползла.
Хочу сегодня тоже сделать раз 50 приседаний(20уже сделала), 15-20 отжиманий(уже5) и планки минуты 2-3(1есть). Если маленькими кусочками, то фа не заебывает. Постепенно тело привыкнет и смогу делать побольше, а пока пусть так. Чета делать с жиром ваще сейчас не хочется, пусть хотя бы мышцы под ним развиваются.
Эмоционально ровное состояние, без +и -.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
