Это не очень хорошо, птмчт у меня и так проблемы с самоопределением, но, наверное, надо надрессировать наблюдателя, чтобы воспринимать себя не как "себя", а как просто девочку. Если это просто девочка, малознакомая или даже хорошо знакомая, то я никогда не отношусь к ней так же плохо, как к себе. Я всё ещё не могу найти и искоренить причины такого отношения к себе, но, мб, если напоминать, что я тоже такая девочка и хочу к этой девочке нормального отношения от самой же себя...
Если речь идёт обо "мне", то я даже дни рождения праздновать не хочу - я раскопала и обнаружила, что реально не хочу это делать, потому что считаю, что моё рождение всем помешало. Но для "той девочки" я такого не хочу.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
